Pursuits at Carden (t/a The Event Station Ltd) offer a number of fun filled activities, available onsite at Carden Park.
We make your safety and well being our highest priority but in order to participate in any of these
activities you must agree to a number of conditions stated below.

Your Obligations
• You will at all times follow all instructions provided by the instructor.
• Do not operate any equipment unless told to do so by the instructor.
• The instructor is first aid trained so if you feel unwell or nervous at anytime please let them know.
• By signing below, you agree that any spectators you have brought are subject to all of the conditions herein.
• You will not, at any time be under the influence of alcohol/any drugs which may impair your ability to participate.
• You will be responsible for the safe keeping of any property (e.g. cameras) that you bring on the activity.
• Any person who is pregnant is limited to certain activities.
• Please declare any existing injury &/or medical conditions below. If nothing is written you are declaring you are fit enough to partake in the activities.
Our Rights
• We may, at our discretion and at any time, decline or terminate your attendance on the activity.
• We reserve the right to amend, or withdraw, the activity session without prior notice.
Children
• Each activity does require a minimum age and parental supervision is required for any child under the age of 18.
• The parent/guardian signing below agrees to be responsible for the child named below his/her actions and agrees to all conditions herein on behalf of the participating child.
Liability
• Your safety is our highest priority but you understand the potential risks to yourself when participating in the activities. By participating in the activities you accept that you share in the responsibility to maintain your own safety and that of others by your own actions/conduct.
• We shall in no circumstances be liable to you to the extent that any liability arises due to your non-compliance with these conditions or your obligations.
• We will not be liable for any loss of any property that you bring with you.
• Nothing in this disclaimer shall limit Pursuits at Carden (t/a The Event Station Ltd) liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
